Deconstructing faith can be an isolating and overwhelming journey, especially for those who have experienced religious trauma or difficult religious experiences. This half-day workshop offers a supportive space to process the impact of religious wounding, explore the ways it may have shaped you, and consider what healing could look like. Together, we’ll discuss how to let go of beliefs or practices that no longer serve you while holding onto what still feels meaningful and sacred. Through guided reflection, conversation, and storytelling, you’ll begin to clarify what an authentic and healthy path looks like for you moving forward. Whether you’re in the midst of deconstruction or on the other side wondering what’s next, this workshop is designed to help you navigate this transition with more clarity, self-compassion, and community.
