Hi, my name is Trevor Little and I’m the therapist behind Trailhead Mental Health. I live in Salt Lake City with my wife and 2 kids. I’m not originally from Utah, but love it here and am putting down roots. The mountains feed my soul. My path to Utah and becoming a social worker and mental health therapist has been long and winding. I’ve lived in two countries and 6 states and spent over a decade in my first career as a software engineer. I always felt something was missing. It was a passion for people and their stories and their sacred journeys towards wholeness that drew me to this work, and it still lights my fire. I’ve found a lot of my own healing through Internal Family Systems and I’m honored to be invited to walk the path with folks in this way.
